All jewelry is handcrafted to order. Processing time is 1–3 business days before shipping. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

📦 Shipping Rates

United States

Free shipping on all U.S. orders. Orders include tracking and ship via USPS or an equivalent carrier.

Canada

Flat‑rate $7.95 USD shipping on all Canadian orders. Orders include tracking and ship via Canada Post or an equivalent carrier.

Any customs fees, duties, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

🌍 Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. All delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery windows:

• U.S. orders: 4–8 business days

• Canadian orders: 4–8 business days

Once your package is handed to the carrier, delivery speed is outside my control. If your package does not arrive, please email me and I will make it right — I will never leave a customer out of pocket due to a postal issue.

📨 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
