Returns

I accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn jewelry, except earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Customers are also responsible for shipping costs for re‑sizing. Because my studio location changes seasonally, please contact me before sending a return so I can provide the correct return address. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, I will cover the return shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn and in its original condition

  • It must be returned in the original packaging or equivalent protective (bubble envelope) packaging. Returns sent in regular paper envelopes will not be accepted, as jewelry may become damaged during transit.

  • Please contact me before returning an item so I can provide the correct return address.

  • Earrings are final sale for health and safety reasons


📬 How to Start a Return

To start a return, email me at sunshine@sunshinebeads.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you want to return

  • The reason for the return

I will provide you with the correct return address.

🌿 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact me right away if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. I’ll review the issue and make it right.


🔄 Re‑Sizing / Size Adjustments

Each piece is handcrafted to the specific size selected at checkout. If you need a different size, the original item must be returned and a new piece will be made in the correct size. I do not charge a re‑sizing fee, but customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send the corrected size back to them. Please contact me first so I can provide the correct return address and confirm the shipping cost. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, I will cover the return shipping cost.


🌼 Refunds

Refunds for purchases made through Etsy or eBay will be processed according to the policies of those marketplaces. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued through the original platform.
