Sterling Silver– guaranteed to be .925 sterling silver – solid silver, not plated, bonded, or filled. It is NOT Tibetan Silver or any other inexpensive replica.
Pewter- Some pieces may contain pewter accent beads that are lead and nickel free and will be clearly indicated in the description.
Gold Filled– 14k (14/20) gold filled products. The next best thing to solid gold. Gold filled jewelry is far superior to gold plated and will last for decades where gold plated will wear through much faster. Gold filled has a higher value than gold plated or gold tone jewelry.
Measure your wrist just below your wrist bone, where you want your bracelet to rest. Use a strip of paper and mark with a pen where the paper meets. Measure the strip of paper with a ruler from the start to the pen mark. That is your wrist size (I.e. 6”). For a stretch bracelet add 1/4 inch to that measurement. For a clasp bracelet add between a ½ to ¾ inch depending on how loose you like your bracelets.
Follow the measuring directions above measuring just above your ankle bone. Add approximately a ½ inch to sit on your ankle bone.
The easiest way to ensure you get the correct size is to measure the bracelet that is currently attached to your tag! When ordering do not include the tag in your measurement. If your wrist is 6” add ½ inch plus the length of your tag. So if you have a 2” tag you would need a 6 + ½” – 2” tag, order a 4-1/2 to 5” bracelet depending on how loose you like your bracelet. For a 7” wrist, 2” tag order a 5-1/2 to 6” bracelet. A 7” wrist is the average size.

Plain water will not hurt your jewelry but chlorine (pools) or any other chemical will. Chemical or mineral residue from chlorine or salt water will remain on the jewelry's surface and continue to damage it. If you do wear it into the pool or ocean, gently clean your jewelry afterwards with a gentle soap and water to remove the chemicals/salt. Also, suntan lotions, bug sprays, etc are chemicals!
You can but it is better to take your jewelry off at night. That way you have less exposure to the oil in your skin and it will be cleaner. Also, you don't have to worry about it catching on a blanket.
It will not hurt your jewelry to shower BUT, MAKE SURE that your shampoos and soaps are gentle as certain chemicals can negatively impact the look of the gold or silver. If you're not sure, take your jewelry off to shower.
